Freeman’s Low Country Fish Camp opened in August of 2010.  We are located at 2123 Usher Street in Covington, approximately 3 blocks west of the square.

We specialize in seafood; featuring catfish, grouper, flounder, shrimp, oysters and snow crab legs.  We also serve chicken tenders, burgers and steak.  A kid’s menu is available.

We invite you to dine-in with full table service, or call ahead for take-out.  We also provide bulk take out of gumbo, red beans, and our low country boil.  Please allow us time to prepare your bulk orders fresh by giving us a day’s notice. We only serve wild-caught USA shrimp, and also retail shrimp by the pound.

Off the street parking is available in our lot and overflow parking is permitted after 6 PM across Usher Street.

Our food and attention to our customers have earned us a loyal following in Covington.  We hope you’ll join us soon!
